About Maisons-Laffitte
Maisons-Laffitte is one of the principal racehorse training centers in France, with more than 30 kilometers, or 18 miles, of training tracks divided between sand, dirt, grass and an all-weather gallop.
The training center is nestled in the national forest of St. Germain en Laye, which offers many more kilometers of trails that can be used for a more relaxed training atmosphere. All this is only a half-hour from Paris and 40 minutes from Charles de Gaulle airport.
Our yard in Maisons-Laffitte is ideally located for racing at all of the major Paris-area tracks, including Longchamp and Chantilly, and we are also an easy drive from Deauville.
